Challenge
Create an AI-powered adviser that can instantly deliver clear, trustworthy answers drawn exclusively from Consumer Reports’ extensive research and product data. The experience must feel fast, intuitive, and reassuring, while visually reflecting CR’s credibility. This includes developing a distinctive brand identity, logo, and UI that can present concise, data-driven responses and support natural, back-and-forth user conversations.

Solution
I designed the full brand system for AskCR—logo, visual standards, and an atmospheric interface—crafted to showcase rapid, authoritative answers. The UI elevates CR’s proprietary insights, surfacing guidance pulled from thousands of ratings and articles at remarkable speed. Users simply ask a question and can refine or explore further through an ongoing chat. The result is a seamless, elegant tool that transforms CR’s trusted expertise into immediate, conversational advice.
