I’m a Creative Director with 16+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design teams across global agencies and in-house organizations—proven ability to transform brand strategy into immersive experiences and cohesive visual systems. Expert in building design cultures that drive innovation, elevate brand perception, and deliver measurable business results.

I have led teams and designers in New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Mumbai, and Beijing.

Currently, I’m serving as Associate Director of Brand Design at Consumer Reports.

Previously, I held the role of Design Director at Landor, where I led global projects for
Dell Technologies and Alienware: Retail and Brand Design. Before that, I served as Design Director at Design Bridge and Partners, where I led teams through the complete design of 24 brand guidelines for Newell Brands. Lastly, I served as Associate Creative Director with NBBJ | ESI Design, Design Consultant with Lippincott, and Brand Design Manager
at JetBlue.

  • April 2020 - Present

    • Lead all brand design initiatives at Consumer Reports, overseeing internal teams, freelancers, and budgets while shaping and executing the organization’s design strategy and brand vision across departments. 

    • Deliver high-impact creative across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints, including app brand guidelines, social media, email design, 360° campaigns, annual events, product launches, petitions, licensing systems, ads, whitepapers, CR Data Intelligence (B2B), and web CTAs. 

    • Spearheaded social media design strategy that increased CR’s Instagram following by 2,708%—from 25K in 2020 to over 702K in 2025—through consistent visual branding and platform-specific standards. 

    • Directed design efforts for Member Appreciation Week 2025, contributing to a 13% YoY order increase (vs. 6% goal), 32.3% NTF share of order growth (vs. 26% target), and a 20% lift in shopping revenue (vs. 10% goal, doubling the $18K benchmark).

  • June 2018 - September 2019

    • Created campaigns and events for Dell Global. Projects included retail applications for Dell Gaming, Alienware, Small Business categories, defining visual identity systems, and integration with VMLY&R social/media campaigns. Work also encompassed the

    • Dell Experience at CES 2019 in Las Vegas as well as shop-in-shops with 3rd party retailers, gaming lounges, interactive content, and experience principles.

    • Successfully created and won an experience pitch for CVS Health.

    • Collaborated with strategy teams across three studios to create customer journeys and branding for Century 21 Stores, CVS Health, Hilton Honors, Hyundai, LEGO, Michael Kors, MSG, and Reeds.Description text goes here

    • Directed a team of ten designers to create comprehensive brand guidelines for 20 Newell Brands companies, including iconic names such as Sharpie, Rubbermaid, Oster, Calphalon, and Yankee Candle—ensuring visual consistency and strategic alignment across a diverse portfolio. 

    • Defined new visual asset styles, strategic design principles, and usage frameworks to support scalable brand implementation across print, digital, and packaging channels. 

    • Collaborated with copywriters and brand leadership to develop tone-of-voice tools, nomenclature systems, and brand pyramids informed by in-depth audits and VP-level interviews.

  • November 2014 - January 2017

    • Led the design of immersive experiential environments for Beacon Capital Partners across major markets including California, Chicago, and New York—most notably at 575 Fifth Avenue—integrating identity systems, media architecture, and dynamic lighting to deliver site-specific brand differentiation. 

    • Developed and implemented organization-wide best practices and process documentation to streamline design operations and enhance cross-functional collaboration. 

    • Directed the redesign of firm-wide marketing proposals and played a key role in securing new business through strategic pitch development.

  • April 2013 - July 2013

    • Conceived a new airport wayfinding system for United Airlines hubs in Chicago, Houston, and Newark, by creating customer experience maps, brand POV deck, and graphic signage system.

  • September 2011 - December 2012

    • Led all corporate brand initiatives at JetBlue, overseeing internal design teams and external agency partners across digital, experiential, and print channels. 

    • Spearheaded the design and launch of JetBlue Mint, the airline’s premium cabin experience—including seat design, textiles, lighting narrative, and UI for in-seat digital displays—which contributed to a doubling of share price within one year.

    • Created the visual and experiential identity for JetBlue’s San Juan hub, celebrating local culture through architecture, color, and environmental design. 

    • Partnered with the digital team to redesign JetBlue.com and the TrueBlue loyalty platform, enhancing UX and driving brand engagement.

  • October 2009 - September 2011

    • Partnered with LEGO and the Bronx Zoo to create a large-scale summer program, “LEGO Zoofari”, that led guests around the park in search of custom LEGO sculptures. Embossing stations near each sculpture allowed kids to emboss icons into a passport, while interpretive signage enhanced the journey.

    • Created a whimsical identity for the Tisch Children’s Zoo and a 4-D theater experience for the Central Park Zoo Theater.

    • Developed exterior branding for the Queens Zoo to guide visitors to the park.

    • Revamped the Bronx Zoo and Central Park Zoo ticketing and signage with WCS guest relations and marketing teams.
